As a licensed real estate agent (since 2001) and full-time Transaction Coordinator (since 2015), I’ve handled thousands of transactions and seen it all—from smooth closings to complicated deals requiring meticulous attention to detail.
This year, I rebranded my business from Real Tech Girl Transactions to Real Simple Transactions. This transformation reflects my commitment to clarity, efficiency, and simplicity in every aspect of my work. My mission remains the same: to provide seamless transaction management that empowers agents to focus on their clients while I handle the paperwork and compliance.
